Flagship Biosciences offers secure digital slide scanning, at either 20x or 40x resolution. You send us your glass slides, we send you your images. We can also host images securely if required as a cloud hosting service, and can then offer board-certified pathologist-driven image analysis on your slides. We have extremely fast turnaround time, and attactive pricing. In addition, we are the only microscope slide scanning service where we offer rapid board-certified pathologist QA of your scanned slides. We find that careful QA and discussion with experienced pathologists of your final images leads to improvements in your own labs in sample preparation and histology.

Flagship scanning lab currently utilizes two Aperio Scanscope CS scanners for slide scanning services, and we also utilize a third high-throughput Aperio XT scanner for overflow scanning. We can accommodate over 600 slides / day at capacity.
