3. Advanced Applications in Object Analysis
Thursday, 17 June. 1 p.m.-3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
In this two-hour session, we will discuss applications in object analysis, where an object is typically a grouping of cells (e.g. a microvessel, plaque, lesion, vacuole, etc.). We will look at numerous examples commonly found in the industry on tissues and xenografts in both H&Es and IHC slides. We will specifically discuss vascular measurements in xenografts, measurement of white and brown fat objects, lung alveoli, amyloid plaque. Attendees are encouraged to submit slides of objects they wish to discuss.
